What is included in the monthly fee?
Most private offices at Spektri Optimi are approximately 11 m². They work particularly well for companies with one or two people. Larger private offices, coworking workstations and project spaces are also available depending on the company’s needs.
In addition to the office itself, the monthly fee includes several services that reduce the need for upfront investment and make everyday work easier.
The monthly fee includes:
- a lockable private office
- an electric height-adjustable desk and ergonomic office chair
- high-speed internet
- office cleaning
- shared kitchen facilities
- coffee and tea
- use of the gym.
Additional services such as IT equipment, postal services and storage space are available when needed. Companies do not have to pay for services they do not use.
