What do your blood pressure, heart rate and other key health metrics look like right now? MedicubeX, a Finnish health technology company operating at Spektri, is bringing its e‑Health Station to the Kvintti lobby for free use from 28 September to 4 October 2026.
The e‑Health Station is a self-service health check station that brings several measurements together in one place. You complete the check independently by following the touchscreen instructions, with no appointment needed. The full round takes about 5–10 minutes, making it easy to stop by during the workday or lunch break.
What can you measure at the e‑Health Station?
- Body temperature
- Blood pressure and heart rate
- Body fat percentage and basal metabolic rate
- AGE reader: an estimate of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes risk
- Respiratory rate
- ECG: HRV, heart rate, rhythm analysis and arrhythmia detection
- Blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂)
- Weight
How it works
You complete the measurements independently. When the light above the station is green, the station is available.
- Follow the touchscreen instructions step by step.
- Complete the measurements in the order shown.
- You will receive a printout of your results in about 5–10 minutes.
The QR code on the printout lets you view reference values and compare your results with them. The station does not interpret your results or alert you if a measurement falls outside the reference range.
The e‑Health Station does not replace an assessment by a healthcare professional.
