We ensure that your visitors always receive friendly and professional service. Reception services are available during office hours to ensure smooth communication and seamless handling of visitors at your company. Located at Kvartti, the reception provides professional service in areas such as maintenance, property management, key handling, and office space matters.
Companies can also request a customized offer for office services based on their specific needs. Mail can be delivered directly to your premises. Each company is provided with a mailbox free of charge, for receiving mail at the entrances.

Our gym offers excellent facilities for fitness and recovery during your workday. The spacious gym located on the upper floor of Duo is equipped with high-quality equipment for comprehensive training, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete. The attached shower facilities and sauna offer a pleasant relaxation experience. The gym and sauna are available 24/7 for Spektri’s tenants.

You can report faults or request maintenance through the building-specific fault report forms below or by calling Are’s 24/7 customer service center. By providing your contact details when submitting a fault report, you will receive email updates on the progress of the work. For urgent matters, please call the service directly.

There is plenty of parking space at Spektri for both customers and visitors. Visitor parking spots are located in front of the buildings. Charging stations for electric cars are also available for both customers and visitors.
Evenli charging stations are available in the parking area for use by parking permit holders.
Wolttinen fast charging stations are available in the guest and designated spaces in front of the buildings.
Located on the ground floor of Kvartti, Fysio ja Valmennus Sarasjärvi offers a range of services including physiotherapy and related consultations, sports coaching, and popular massage services. These services help employees maintain their well-being and recover after a busy workday.

Planning for new premises begins at Spektri Studio – a model workspace designed by Scope located in the lobby of the Kvartti building – where, together with our experts, you can find the best solutions for your company’s specific needs.
