General information

The property lobby service operates on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in the lobby of the Kvartti building and by email at aula@spektri.fi. Access tokens for daytime meetings can be obtained from the restaurant or the lobby.

The doors to the properties are locked on weekdays between 4:00 PM and 7:00 AM and on weekends. Access outside of opening hours requires a temporary PIN code. The PIN code and usage instructions can be obtained from the restaurant or the reception when making a reservation. For evening meetings, the doors to the meeting room will remain unlocked. The meeting organiser must instruct attendees regarding access procedures.

The use of doors other than the main entrances for access is not permitted. Entry through the main entrances must occur quickly after business hours. The doors must not be propped open. If a door remains open for more than one minute, it will trigger an alarm with the security company, and the costs associated with the alarm will be billed to the causing party.
