When Exciber Oy, an expert company specializing in SAP consulting, decided to hire four new employees, it needed larger business premises to support its growth.
The company’s offices are located in Spektri Business Park in Espoo. The opportunity for expansion arose smoothly when the former office neighbor moved to a larger space.
The new square meters provided more room not only for new employees but also for face-to-face teamwork. The teams regularly gather at the office to work on client projects.
Jiri Komaro, Exciber’s Operations Director, says that functional premises support both team spirit and company culture.

A 60 Square Meter Expansion
The expansion of Spektri’s leased business premises was initiated by Exciber itself.
It was an easy decision to expand an already functional space.
“The process from negotiations to implementation went smoothly. We are happy that Spektri was willing to be flexible and modify our lease agreement mid-term when the need met the available square meters,” Komaro praises.
The company’s office grew by 60 square meters with the expansion. Furthermore, the functionality of the premises was improved: soundproofing was reinforced, meeting rooms were renovated, and workstations were added.
The renovation was timed conveniently for the July holiday season. According to Komaro, everything proceeded exceptionally smoothly: the new furniture arrived on time, and the renovation did not interfere with work. In August, the team moved into fully finished premises.

Exciber has been happy at Spektri for a long time and genuinely finds the environment supportive of work, peaceful, and constantly developing.
The location has proven ideal for both employees and clients, as it has easy access. Some employees have even moved to live nearby.

Komaro feels that the functional parking and car wash service, in particular, further simplifies daily life.
“There is always a parking spot for both staff and guests, which is not a given in the Helsinki metropolitan area.”
